Karim Dhrif
An engineer trained at École 42, Karim developed his expertise within highly demanding defence environments, where system reliability is an absolute imperative. This culture of excellence, built on rigorous testing and robust solutions, now shapes his entire approach to software development.
He contributes to PixelCrash by designing and integrating highly reliable technical building blocks that are essential to the quality and resilience of the solutions delivered.

Pierre-Thibault Fabre
An engineer with more than ten years of experience in the defence industry, notably at Thales and MBDA, Pierre-Thibault has built strong expertise on complex systems at the intersection of hardware and software, in highly constrained operational environments.
Convinced that organisations inspired by the Toyota Production System are best equipped to face ongoing transformations, including those driven by the rise of artificial intelligence, he applies these principles throughout his assignments.
Based in Japan, he advises French industrial companies on organisation, industrial strategy, the security of critical components, and supply-chain control in a demanding international environment.
