These terms govern access to and use of the cercle.digital website. Browsing
the site constitutes acceptance of them.
They govern no service. The company’s services are the subject of separate contracts, whose provisions prevail over these terms.
1. Publisher
The site is published by Cercle Digital, a French simplified joint-stock company. Full details appear in the legal notice.
2. Access
Access is free of charge and requires no registration. Connection costs remain yours.
The company endeavours to keep the site available without being bound to do so. It may interrupt it, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation.
3. Intellectual property
All elements of the site, in particular texts, visual identity, photographs, video, logotypes and code, are protected by intellectual property law. Unless stated otherwise, these elements belong to the company or have been licensed to it.
The trademarks Cercle Digital and PixelCrash are the property of the company.
The following are permitted without prior request:
- consultation and printing for strictly personal use;
- short quotation of editorial content, together with the author’s name, the title and a link to the source page;
- linking to a page of the site.
Any other use, in particular reproduction, representation, adaptation or substantial extraction, requires prior written authorisation.
The Manrope typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Its full text accompanies the file in the site repository.
4. Expected use
You undertake not to:
- impair the operation of the site, in particular through abnormal load, intrusion or the introduction of malicious code;
- extract content in bulk by automated means;
- use the content in a manner contrary to law or to the rights of third parties.
5. Outbound links
The site links to third-party sites, in particular those of affiliated brands and entities. Such links imply neither control over nor approval of their content. The company disclaims all liability in that respect.
6. Liability
Information published is indicative. The company maintains it with care without guaranteeing its accuracy, completeness or currency.
The company cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from access to or use of the site, nor for a decision taken on the sole basis of information appearing on it.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law.
Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the company’s registered office, subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers.
