   Cercle passes on methods, tools and understanding to its clients. We expect the same from our teams: what you can do, someone else must be able to learn from you.

   We work under real constraint, but never in a rush

   Public procurement, regulated sectors, legal requirements. Compliance is part of the design, not a late fix. In our world, approximation comes at a high price.

   We are agile, not Agile.

   We build step by step, aligning vision, execution and ground reality. We do not set agility against “traditional methods”. Agility is neither a method nor a refusal of classical approaches, it is the capability to pivot when needed.

   The team works from France and from Japan. Our international footprint is a deliberate part of our DNA, and it calls for an internal organisation to match.
